Black Gate put up a sneak peek from my short story in issue 14.

I am so delighted. While at WFC I got an email from John O'Neil, editor of Black Gate, with the illustration for my story Dark of the Year. It's perfect.

World Fantasy was beyond wonderful.  I'll write more later, probably, but for now...  I had a truly awesome time, in great part due to thewriteralau, davejwilliams, and John O'Neill of Black Gate.  And... there were so many people I saw and had a wonderful time talking to, and who I would have loved to see more.

It was just awesome.
